The Outcome

Closed AED 8M in 35 days. Golden Visa approved within 45 days of DLD title registrationthe buyer is now a UAE resident on a 10-year renewable visa. Post-relocation tax analysis: annual US tax liability reduced by ~AED 140,000 (due to tax-neutral UAE status on passive investment income) and Medicare integration with Dubai healthcare providers.
